Carly had a wild imagination. She has always been fascinated by the stars, and would often stare up at the sky, dreaming of all the amazing things that lay beyond the horizon. She would sit by the window in the evenings with her feet resting on a new footstool and imagine soaring through the cosmos, visiting distant galaxies. The footstool’s cushion had a unique radial starburst pattern with a brilliant twelve point star that expanded out to infinity. The design was positively stellar, radiating positive energy and a feeling of renewal. One night, Carly's dream of space travel was particularly vivid, she felt as though she was actually leaving the earth and venturing into the unknown leaving her cares behind.
