Care instructions
Always test an offcut or sample prior to working the leather with tools, adhesives or heat. To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather is a natural material you may notice small differences in surface and texture, as well as wrinkles, which is common to products made from natural leather. All leathers age naturally according to the usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base colour may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep your product looking its best. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery as the colour may transfer. Whilst a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint free cotton cloth.

About Your Custom Heart Keychain
Add something sentimental to your keys with this sweet custom heart keychain. Add a sweet message, or a pretty design and clip onto car keys, house keys, or just as an accessory on your bag. These personalized heart keychains are lightweight yet extremely high quality, made from a Nappa leather or leatherette. There are plenty of ways to make your custom heart keychain truly unique to you: you have the option to choose the material finish and texture, the designs on the keyring, and even the stitching color.

How Your Custom Heart Keychain Is Made
When we receive your order, we will firstly print your designs onto your chosen material - smooth leather, textured leather, or warm leatherette. Once this is done, our in house seamstresses and craftsmen carefully cut out the shapes for your custom heart keychain and bond both sides together. A spongy padded insert is added to the center and then it is stitched up using your chosen stitch color. Using the same color choice, we paint the edges by hand to provide a premium finish to your keyring.
A metal split ring is added to the leather pouch, and then it's off to be checked. Once we are totally happy with the quality of your personalized heart keychain, it is sent directly to you.
Design Tips
Your custom heart keychain can be decorated with designs and texts - anything from a single initial to a sweet message to keep you going throughout the day. Remember, if you are using a slightly large design, or longer text, there is a slight bleed area to watch out for where the stitching will be.
As the personalized heart keychain is double-sided, you have twice the amount of space to fill with your designs.
You will notice on the design interface there is also an option for a rectangular keychain.

What's the best resolution to print in?
We print at 200dpi, which is a good combination of quality and file weight.
Ideally your image should be scaled to 100% at 200dpi, this means that no resizing of your file occurs stopping any interpolation.
Should I save my file as a TIFF or JPEG?
For multi-colored or very detailed files we recommend using a tiff format, but they must be flattened. For simple colors and low detail files, a jpeg is fine.
Which color model should I choose? RGB or CMYK?
We advise providing images in the RGB color space. Specifically using the sRGB image profile, to achieve best color results. What does this mean? In your editing software, choose RGB as the working space and assign the image profile as sRGB (full name sRGB IEC61966-2.1)
What does GSM mean?
Grams per Square Meter (GSM) is an international standard for measuring the weight of paper or fabric. GSM uses the weight of a square meter (1000 x 1000mm) as an indication of the weight and thickness of a given fabric. We class 20-100gsm as light (summer fabrics, gauzes
and fine silks), 101-249 gsm as medium (most clothing fabrics) and 250+ gsm as heavy (upholstery fabrics, and other specialist fabrics).
What are
bleed areas?When designing your product, it’s best to make sure that your image is slightly larger than needed. In printing, the extra printed image is referred to as a “Bleed Area” or margin, and it is removed from the finished piece. A bleed area acts as a buffer for slight inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. however, it’s important to fill your bleed areas completely, or you may end up with white, unprinted strips along the edge of your finished product.
Do you print on garments a customer supplies?
Unfortunately not. All our garments are printed on flat
fabric, and sewn into finished products, which gives abetter finished result and all-over print. We test meticulously so that we know what getsbest results on our fabrics, and our facilities cater perfectly to them. We do however print sublimation paper to order, so if you have access to a heat press you can press your fabrics or flat garments easily.
Can you Align a Pattern or design across panels of a garment?
We always strive for the greatest accuracy when printing and constructing your garments. However, due to unavoidable stretch or movement of the fabric during the stitching process, we cannot guarantee perfect pattern registration across garment seams. We are generally accurate within 2-3mm, which Is close enough for most
patterns, but may show slight issues with detailed geometric patterns.
Can I print my own Labels?
Most of our garments now come with printable label space for you to add your own company information and branding! If you would like to sew in your own labels, we also offer Printed Fabric Labels here.
How is your fabric printing eco-friendly?
With environmental consciousness in mind, our fabrics are all printed using completely
water based inks. This means no chemicals or solvents are used. Our heat fixing procedure fixes the colors and prints, avoiding the downsides of steaming, such as excess or contaminated water returning into the waste system. We have one facility in London where we conduct all the printing, production and fulfillment.

What is Nappa leather?
Nappa leather is a really high quality, lightweight calf leather that comes textured or smooth. It is known for having a soft feel and is perfect for printing directly onto.
Can I add a message to my custom heart keychain?
Yes, you can choose to add text to your keychain during the design phase. Just note that there is a slight bleed area to watch out for as this is where the stitching will be. Try to make sure your message fits into the center of the keyring to avoid distortion.
How quickly will I receive my custom heart keychain?
You will receive your custom heart keychain very quickly. If orders are received before 12 pm, they can sometimes be made on the same day. We also offer Express delivery.
