Care instructions
Always test an offcut or sample prior to working the leather with tools, adhesives or heat. To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather is a natural material you may notice small differences in surface and texture, as well as wrinkles, which is common to products made from natural leather. All leathers age naturally according to the usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base colour may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep your product looking its best. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery as the colour may transfer. Whilst a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint free cotton cloth.

About your custom logo keychains
Offering staff and customers custom logo keychains are a great way to boost your business visibility. How your promotional keychains are made
After we receive the order for your promotional keychain, we will directly print the design onto a sheet of smooth or textured Nappa leather. Alternatively, we can print the logo onto a warm leatherette (you can choose which option to have in the design phase).
Once it is printed, your custom logo keychains are ready to be produced: Our team of craftsmen and seamstresses will cut the leather into your chosen shape and bond the edges - leaving space at the top to add a spongy padded insert. The leather is then stitched up using your chosen thread color and the metal split ring is added. Using the same color, we detail the edges with a special paint that helps to protect the leather and gives a clean finished look.
The custom business keychains are then quality checked and sent directly to you.
Design Tips
Using the design interface you can upload your logo and position it on either a rectangular or heart-shaped keyring. The product view will show you how each leather finish will look to help you choose which option to go for.
You can also choose what color stitching to go for - you might have a logo that features one of our stitch colors and can make the custom logo keychains co-ordinated.
If you want to add your business information, you can use the text tool but be sure to position your text within the safe area and avoid getting too close to the stitch bleed area.

What's the best resolution to print in?
We print at 200dpi, which is a good combination of quality and file weight.
Ideally your image should be scaled to 100% at 200dpi, this means that no resizing of your file occurs stopping any interpolation.
Should I save my file as a TIFF or JPEG?
For multi-colored or very detailed files we recommend using a tiff format, but they must be flattened. For simple colors and low detail files, a jpeg is fine.
Which color model should I choose? RGB or CMYK?
We advise providing images in the RGB color space. Specifically using the sRGB image profile, to achieve best color results. What does this mean? In your editing software, choose RGB as the working space and assign the image profile as sRGB (full name sRGB IEC61966-2.1)
What does GSM mean?
Grams per Square Meter (GSM) is an international standard for measuring the weight of paper or fabric. GSM uses the weight of a square meter (1000 x 1000mm) as an indication of the weight and thickness of a given fabric. We class 20-100gsm as light (summer fabrics, gauzes
and fine silks), 101-249 gsm as medium (most clothing fabrics) and 250+ gsm as heavy (upholstery fabrics, and other specialist fabrics).
What are
bleed areas?When designing your product, it’s best to make sure that your image is slightly larger than needed. In printing, the extra printed image is referred to as a “Bleed Area” or margin, and it is removed from the finished piece. A bleed area acts as a buffer for slight inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. however, it’s important to fill your bleed areas completely, or you may end up with white, unprinted strips along the edge of your finished product.
Do you print on garments a customer supplies?
Unfortunately not. All our garments are printed on flat
fabric, and sewn into finished products, which gives abetter finished result and all-over print. We test meticulously so that we know what getsbest results on our fabrics, and our facilities cater perfectly to them. We do however print sublimation paper to order, so if you have access to a heat press you can press your fabrics or flat garments easily.
Can you Align a Pattern or design across panels of a garment?
We always strive for the greatest accuracy when printing and constructing your garments. However, due to unavoidable stretch or movement of the fabric during the stitching process, we cannot guarantee perfect pattern registration across garment seams. We are generally accurate within 2-3mm, which Is close enough for most
patterns, but may show slight issues with detailed geometric patterns.
Can I print my own Labels?
Most of our garments now come with printable label space for you to add your own company information and branding! If you would like to sew in your own labels, we also offer Printed Fabric Labels here.
How is your fabric printing eco-friendly?
With environmental consciousness in mind, our fabrics are all printed using completely
water based inks. This means no chemicals or solvents are used. Our heat fixing procedure fixes the colors and prints, avoiding the downsides of steaming, such as excess or contaminated water returning into the waste system. We have one facility in London where we conduct all the printing, production and fulfillment.

What is Nappa leather?
Nappa leather is a soft and lightweight calf leather that is really high quality and perfect for printing onto.
Can I add contact details to my custom logo keychains?
Yes, you can add your business email or contact number to the promotional keychains but be sure to avoid the bleed area. Otherwise, your information will be distorted by the stitching.
How quickly will I recieve my logo keyring?
You will receive your keyrings very quickly. If orders are received before 12pm, they can sometimes be made on the same day. We also offer Express delivery.
