At Contrado we have two payment providers: Adyen & PayPal. These are the only payment systems we use.

If the payment does not process, we advise you to check the following:
If your order has not been confirmed and you have received a billing email with transaction number, please provider us with your transaction number and pre-order number.
We accept PO orders. Please provide us, via chat or email, with the pre-order number (basket ID). We will then send you a Pro-Forma Invoice to arrange payment. Once you have paid, simply send us a payment confirmation.
