I took a chance with this but my expectations were quickly alleviated. I worked entirely on CHAT with the svc reps. They guided me through the process with ease, answering questions about fabric, placement of the photo on the cushion, and recommending certain modifications. I could not have been more pleased with the outstanding service reps. The proof of quality came when my daughter received her gift and announced "Mom it's gorgeous and so soft. We love it." Well done Contrado. Only things I wish you'd done differently were: Put a gift card in the box. And add my name (along with yours) to the shipping label. My daughter had no idea who it was from - calling all the family members and friends as she didn't know who was Contrado.

In the past few months I've been developing a line of products using Contrado's services. words truly cannot express how pleased i am with such high quality and beautifully made items that I have the privilege of featuring my digital collage pieces and original visual art on! The last samples I ordered have given me such incredible confidence about the value of my designs. I'd like to personally thank everyone involved in the production of my pieces! My last order really gave me the inspiration to continue pursuing the line I've been slowly developing. I honestly don't think I'd actually have the desire to keep moving forward with my designs if it were not for the beautiful quality and gentle care that has been put into every sample piece that I've ordered! Every member involved from customer support, printing etc has just been such a lovely experience! Thank you so much and I forgot to mention I honestly cannot believe how fast standard shipping is. I've seriously received my products two days after ordering! I have quite a few peers who work as fine artists and designers and I've been encouraging them to branch out by making some of their work a bit more accessible through designing products using Contrado's services. My last order really impressed two of my friends who are painters and another one who is a photographer! I'm sure they will have just as wonderful of an experience with Contrado as I have had! The two items in my last order was a decorative pillow and a single blanket featuring an art nouveau inspired digital collage of the artist Prince in the company of faeries. I created it for my sister's first grandchild. Several people have requested to purchase this design already from my personal social media contacts! Excited to create more with Contrado!
